Together for Mental Health

Mental Health Day of Action

It's no secret the pandemic has contributed to increased turmoil, isolation, and unrest in many lives around the world affecting our mental health, but the reality is that people have struggled with their mental health even before the pandemic. The pandemic really opened more discussions around the importance of mental health even though Mental Health Awareness Month has been around since 1949.
