Kelsey Ver Beek is the founding attorney of Ver Beek Law, a South Dakota law practice focusing on every client's needs with experience in family law matters such as divorce, adoption, alimony, and child custody law matters.

Tarek Maalouf is a licensed attorney in the State of South Dakota and practices Family Law and Criminal Law. Tarek graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he interned with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and studied French and European law at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Kathryn Morrison represents in all facets of family law litigation including experience in child support, divorce, custody, parenting time and adoption law matters.

Jill Hopewell is the Paralegal at Ver Beek law. She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a double major in Criminal Justice and Social Work. She has since worked in the field of law for over 20 years.

Megan Busch is a licensed attorney in the State of South Dakota and practices Family Law. She graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law, participated in the Student Bar Association and Women-in-Law., and served as a Law Clerk for the Third Judicial District in the State of Iowa from 2016-2019.

Paige Finch works as our Office Administrator joining our team in October 2023.

Paige graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Criminal Justice degree and currently working towards earning her Paralegal Certificate through Purdue.
